The modular way of building is great for builders and investors. Many of our clients own land or buy land to build a spec home on. In the past, we have sold homes to guys in the construction industry who handle everything after the home is set. We also deal with investors who own a piece of ground where we set the modular of their choice. We handle these projects from start to finish. It is up to the client how much or how little Summit View Inc. is involved after the set. The picture to the left is of a project we did in Pottstown, PA. These units turned out wonderfully. The client used a design we had used in the past, and tweaked it to their liking. Walls were opened up giving the homes airy floor plans, and the kitchens were more custom, with larger cabinets, and high ceilings. That is the beauty of today's modular homes. You aren't tied down to a cookie cutter design. You can be as custom or as basic as you want!
